A LIGHT ISN’T WORKING OR BEHAVING STRANGELY

This can occasionally happen. Just take a clear photo of the light in question and email it to the Warriors For Light team you originally worked with. One of our technicians will reach out with next steps to get it fixed quickly.

A SECTION OF MY LIGHTS ISN’T WORKING PROPERLY

If a section of your permanent holiday lighting isn’t working, it’s likely due to a loose wire connection or a faulty bulb. Snap a picture and send it to our support team so we can diagnose the issue and take care of it promptly. 📧 Email: info@warriorsforlight.com

Do I need to renew my license?

I CAN’T SEE THE CONTROLLER NETWORK ON MY DEVICE

Check that the controller inside the box has a solid blue light near the VCC and GND terminals. If not, press the AP/STA button a few times until the light turns solid blue. Still nothing? Unplug the system for 20 seconds, then plug it back in to perform a soft reboot. Repeat the button process until the blue light appears.

I’M TRYING TO CONNECT TO MY HOME WIFI BUT IT SAYS “CONNECTION FAILED”

Wi-Fi must be 2.4GHz – 5GHz networks are not supported. Weak signal? Use a Wi-Fi booster or stick with the network. Router issue? Some routers have security settings that block our controller. In this case, use the direct network instead.

I GOT A “CONNECTION SUCCESSFUL” MESSAGE BUT STILL CAN’T CONNECT

If the controller light is still flashing green, unplug and replug the system to reboot. The light should turn solid green. Force close the app on your phone and restart your device. Make sure you're on the same 2.4GHz network you originally connected to. Reopen the app and pull down to refresh 3–4 times. Wait for the controller to show up – do not tap “+ Add Device” again. If this still doesn’t work, your router may be incompatible. Switch to the Warriors For Light direct Wi-Fi network by pressing the AP/STA button until the light turns blue.
